Description
This filling machine adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control. It has the advantages of accurate measurement, advanced structure, stable operation, low noise, large adjustment range and fast filling speed.
For lubricant oil, motor oil and other oils bottles and cans equipment preferred.
The measurement can be adjusted digitally on the human-machine interface, and the required measurement can be set to 500ml-5L, which can be reached at the touch of the touch screen, and the measurement can be fine-tuned on a single head.
The equipment is controlled by the patent system of single head single pump single frequency converter, which ensures the filling accuracy of 0.5%.
While ensuring the filling accuracy, the filling speed is increased by 20%-35%. The operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, the labor cost is saved, and the production efficiency is higher.

The traditional bottle filling method is abandoned, and the diving filling is adopted. The filling is carried out within 5-8mm of the barrel mouth. The patented blanking mouth design avoids the phenomenon of small oil droplets splashing and polluting the bottle mouth.
5. High precision flowmeter is adopted, and rotary encoder is used instead of thetraditional pulse generator to send out 100 pulse signals, which is more than twice as much as the traditional pulse generator, with strong anti-interference ability, more stable operation of the whole machine and higher accuracy.
6. The filling machine is equipped with a material storage box on the top, with flange interface at the entrance, no-storage design inside the material storage box, with a buffer board in the middle and a feeding port at the bottom. There should be high and low liquid level devices in the material storage box.
7. The system can store 20 sets of recipes. After the first storage, it can be called at any time in the production process.
Fast and slow two-speed filling. At the beginning of filling, fill at full speed.
Other manufacturers use speed regulating motors, by manually rotating the wheel on the motor to change the speed of the conveyor belt, adjustment can only feel very inconvenient.
